I’ve always been enthusiastic about making fresh handmade pasta. In 2010 I’ve learned the art of making pasta from Master Alessandra Spisni from the Vecchia Scuola Bolognese. Since then I have been passionately creating many different varieties of fresh pasta in the traditional manner with a matarello ( rolling pin).
